Customer Focused Teams
Our experienced program managers handle all the tactical interactions with our clients, with every customer being assigned a dedicated Program Manager who coordinates all functions –ensuring that every project is successfully completed.
Your program manager:
- Serves as your primary, continuous contact within Spectral Response
- Acts as your ‘voice’ within our business
- Provides day-to-day tactical support of both internal and external processes
- Facilitates purchase order entry, delivery commit dates and engineering changes
- Notifies you of logistical issues that may impact the delivery schedule
- Interfaces with the Sales Team and Quotations Group for new product and / or re-quote / repricing requests
- Works with NPI Engineering on new product launches and with MFG Engineering on sustaining issues
- Oversees customer surveys, business reviews and other periodic reviews as required
